Conditions for 30 days money-back guarantee

1. Regardless of the legal right of withdrawal we guarantee an additional right of withdrawal: You are able to revoke your contractual statement within 30 days in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail).
2. The 30-day period begins on the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier specified by you acquires physical possession of the goods. In order to maintain the extended 30 day period the sending of the withdrawal has to be on time.

If you make use of the extended right of withdrawal, the goods have to be packed originally (if the goods had been sent in an appropriate packaging), completely, unused (in case the goods were new ones) and free of damage. Your legal warranty claims are excluded from this, if the goods has been damaged in the delivery process.
