Ron Hill winning Edinburgh Commonwealth Games
I never wanted to reach a stage in my life where I would look back and say “If only I’d…” I was going to do it, and what I didn’t achieve wouldn’t be through lack of trying. Dr. Ron Hill

Legendary brand inventor and marathon runner Dr. Ron Hill lived by this premise. The Briton was one of the most famous track and marathon runners in history. Born to run, he ran every single day for over 52 years. Sometimes at the most unusual times of the day and in the most unusual places, the main thing was that the run was technically on that one day. In 1962, at his peak, he ran 64 races in 40 weeks, once 4 a week. With success, in 1969 he won gold in the marathon at the European Athletics Championships in Athens, and in 1970 he won in Edinburgh and Boston over the 42 km.

For Dr. Ron Hill, running was not just a leisure activity or a way to balance his daily routine; it was a passion that ran through his whole life. This passion is also reflected in the products of his own brand, which he founded after his Boston victory. As a runner, he knew what was important, noticed what was lacking in the current running apparel and constantly optimized his own collection. Visibility in the dark, performance, support... he analyzed and improved - always with winning in mind. To this day, the brand's goal is to create a better future for today's runner.
